Intro To Kayaking with Brown Girl Outdoor World

Come join Brown Girl Outdoor World for a fun introductory “Intro to Kayaking Clinic” in a safe and fun environment. This clinic provides everything you need to get started and is taught by our friendly and professional paddling coaches. All kayaking & safety equipment is included.

Participants will be introduced to the basics of kayaking, get familiarized with essential paddling gear, learn about kayaking safety and practice the basic paddling strokes required to propel, steer and navigate a kayak on the water.

On completion of the clinic, participants are invited to try any kayak in our fleet (subject to availability) for an additional hour of free practice time.

For those who complete this introductory clinic and who are seeking to continue their learning & skills development, the Paddle Canada Basic Kayak Skills Courses (8 hours) is the recommended next step.
